Healing trauma through shared experiences.

By sharing our personal trauma experiences, we create meaningful connections and a community of support. This gives us the confidence and courage needed to begin navigating our healing journeys. 

 

As I continue to work toward healing my mind and body from the effects of childhood trauma, I hope to help others to know they are not alone. The comfort in feeling seen, heard, and understood is invaluable.

 

The path to healing is messy and winding, filled with a mix of forward progress and disappointing setbacks. The pursuit of self discovery and awareness is much more attainable when we are encouraged and inspired by others. 

 

My greatest wish is that the lessons and wisdom I continue to gather as I heal will propel you towards your own version of healthy healing and getting to know your authentic self. Even if we have to scale some mountains to get there, we all have the capacity to unleash our sparkle!

It’s time to stop letting your trauma prevent you from shining and achieving all you are capable of. By letting shame and fear take the wheel, we lose control over our own outcomes. 

 

As we heal from trauma, we are able to unveil our true potential and pursue opportunities that previously seemed unattainable. We find courage to begin sharing the stories we’ve kept inside because of fear and shame.

 

The healing process takes commitment and time. It requires an open heart and mind. It takes courage and strength. But you are already equipped with that. You survived your trauma.
